Key Duties & Impact Opportunities:
- Drive organizational transformation by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives

Qualifications:
- You've developed deep expertise in healthcare HR management, particularly in areas of employee relations and talent development
- Your educational background includes a degree in Business, Public Administration, or Human Resource Management
- You bring strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with proven experience applying them in healthcare settings
- Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and strategic thinking
- You've demonstrated success in building and implementing HR programs that drive organizational success
- SHRM-CP/SPHR certification is valued but not required
- Healthcare industry experience is highly desired
Within 1 month, you will:
- Complete comprehensive organizational onboarding
- Meet key stakeholders across departments to understand immediate needs and priorities
- Review current HR practices and identify areas for optimization
- Begin developing strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Within 3 months, you will:
- Implement improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and begin executing employee engagement initiatives
- Create partnerships with department leaders to understand and address staffing needs
- Lead the evaluation and enhancement of current HR policies and procedures
Within 6 months, you will:
- Launch new talent development programs
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in key HR metrics
- Implement strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Create and present long-term HR strategy to senior leadership
