Job DescriptionThe Business Integrity Commission (BIC) has oversight of the private carting industry, wholesalers and businesses operating in the designated public wholesale markets. BIC is seeking an experienced and innovative candidate to serve as the Director of Personnel Services. Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff/Deputy Commissioner of Operations, and with latitude to exercise independent judgement, the Director of Personnel Services will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources Unit, including onboarding and offboarding, promotions, transfers, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, and payroll and timekeeping. This position is BIC's liaison with OPA, OLR, DCAS and works closely with BIC's Disciplinary Advocate.
