This role supports our highly visible food and lobby categories. These categories include our breakfast, bakery, lunch, and packaged food assortment along with merchandise and gift cards. The job focus is setting strategic direction and leading a large team (~25-30 partners) to improve service through forecast accuracy, inventory management and supplier performance. This leader will partner with key suppliers through S&OP and leverage internal stakeholders to drive success. Key performance metrics are forecast accuracy, line fill %, inbound on-time in-full % (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier fill rates.As a Director of Planning, you will…

  • Be responsible for setting the vision and leading the strategy of planning execution to enable product availability at the lowest cost.
  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory management practices, and supplier performance management.
  • Inspire, lead, and develop partners and teams to achieve their goals and potential. Set goals and help the team follow through.
We'd Love To Hear From People With
  • 8+ Years of product planning experience either in demand, supply, or replenishment.
  • Proven leadership skills in building teams and developing people.
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, in person, virtual.
