If you have leadership skills and strong experience in Facility services, you may be the person we need to join our team as the Director ofPlant Operations & Maintenance. Siloam Springs Regional Hospital is currently seeking a leader that has the management capabilities to lead our Hospital into the future. If you join our team in this role you will report to the CEO and have the opportunity to work with a team of trained professionals who want to care for our patients in the best way possible. Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Directs an organization's facilities department.
• Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators.
• May manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement.

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

• Bachelors degree preferred with 7- 10 years of experience in the field.
