Job Description The base salary range for this position is $85K - $105K. As the Director of Pool and Beach Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of these facilities. - Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of pool and beach areas.
- Oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development.
- Implement and monitor pool and beachside services, including food and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate and execute Beach Club Activities and Beach Club related Food and Beverage offerings.
Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. High School Diploma preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing pool and beach operations.
- CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Blue Card certification.
- Food Handling Safety Certification.
- Leadership skills to manage a team of over 30 employees The position will require you to build relationships with each guest and offer quick and satisfactory guest recovery.
