Director of Preconstruction & Senior Preconstruction Manager – Atlanta, GA

The Role

In both roles, you'll lead estimating efforts, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the preconstruction phase, from RFPs to design development, while working in a hybrid environment offering flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Review project documents, develop accurate estimates, and manage bid processes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during meetings to streamline project progression.
• Ensure timely delivery of preconstruction phases while maintaining quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5-7+ years in preconstruction or estimating roles, particularly within the $3MM to $12MM range.
• Expertise: Proven track record in RFP/negotiated work and a deep understanding of preconstruction processes in the Southeast US market.
• Leadership: Ability to manage complex projects, guide teams, and drive preconstruction success.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120K–$200K, depending on experience.
• Annual Bonus: Paid based on individual and company performance.
• 401(k): Match of $0.50 per $1.00 up to 6%.
• Health Coverage: Partial health, dental, and vision coverage with options for dependents.
• Additional Benefits: Life insurance, maternity/paternity leave, and 9 paid holidays annually.

Location

• Atlanta, GA: Hybrid work flexibility, with 16 hours a week at a location of your choice. Relocation assistance is available for out-of-state candidates.
