QLM Search are partnering with a high growth CPG Manufacturer, in their recruitment of a Procurement Director - Indirect to lead global strategies for strategic sourcing and category management.

As Procurement Director (Indirects) you will be joining at a time of huge momentum, after a record year in 2024 and a great order book for 2025. Procurement and cost optimization is now a key component for their future growth agenda.

As Procurement Director- Indirect, you will be providing strategies and leadership for a newly defined procurement function; partnering with the CSCO to make a global impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and implement procurement, category management, supplier performance & strategic sourcing systems across the group, with a multinational remit
• Building and harmonizing the indirect procurement operating model to deliver consistency and standardisation of processes.
• Working with key stakeholders and process owners to identify opportunities to drive efficiency and develop value across the supply chain;
• Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement and standards through key performance metrics.

For this Procurement Director position, you will have significant procurement & sourcing management experience for a broad range of indirect subcategories, ideally leading a global or large region.

You will previously led procurement and category management within the beverage, food and packaging industries- or adjacent manufacturing industries.

Furthermore, you will have a track record for building processes, transformation and change; in partnership with a variety of functions and leaders.
