Betfair Interactive US LLC in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Director of Product to oversee product strategy, vision, and objectives for an entire suite of products. Responsibilities include:
Working with PMs to create and drive roadmaps aligned to overall strategy.Evangelizing product suite vision and roadmap, achieving buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders.Partnering with commercial and engineering leaders on objectives and key results.Actively collaborating with peers on other products to identify opportunities for collaboration.Defining and articulating success criteria for product suite, demonstrating how products drive user delight and business success.Managing and reporting on product suite performance at the executive level.Ensuring effective planning and defining of work to drive key outcomes.Driving a culture of innovation and quality within the product area.Removing roadblocks in product delivery and resolving dependencies.Motivating teams to meet deadlines and flagging delays and mitigation strategies.Overseeing multiple teams and aligning them towards organizational goals.Managing up to Group PM level, creating goals and development plans.Participating in the recruiting and interview process, including direct responsibility for hiring.Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (employer will accept three or four year degree as equivalent) plus 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
