About the Role:

The Director , Product Management works closely with the S VP, Product Management in defining and executing corporate product vision for assigned products . The Director performs strategic assessments of opportunities and threats, defines plans to address them, incorporates them into the product vision and product roadmap, and communicates direction to key stakeholders throughout the company . The Director works closely with the broader Product Management team, engineering, sales and our customers , ensuring that the strategy and roadmap are translated into functional solutions and defin ing methods for measuring their success . As a senior leader in the Product organization, the Director , Product Management take s on a critical role in shaping our company's future!

What you will do:

  • Identify and develop best practice OSINT capabilities through research, client meetings, and competitive analysis
  • Work with the SVP Product Management to define product vision for assigned products
  • Develop strong relationships with our customers to understand their specific needs and incorporate their requests as possible into the roadmap
  • Perform strategic assessments of opportunities and threats, and define plans to capitalize on opportunities and defend against threats
  • Work with the SVP and stakeholders to help create and prioritize items on the product roadmap
  • Work closely with the Engineering Team to define and sequence roadmap items, ensure dependencies and blockers are accounted for, and participate in unblocking the team
  • Assist with Business Development
  • Work with the SVP and key stakeholders to define methods for measuring success for each product
  • Work with all stakeholders to facilitate prioritization of the product roadmap
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop product positioning strategies, value propositions, marketing material, training content, pricing strategies, etc.
  • Provide assistance and mentoring to others on the team.
  • Communicate product direction at all levels within the organization and solicit feedback

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of OSINT experience is mandatory for this role
  • 5+ years of Product Manager experience
  • Proven ability to perform strategic assessments and use findings to define vision and direction
  • Experience in SaaS product development (engineering, product management, interaction with/understanding of multiple stakeholder groups)
  • Experience with Agile software development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Experience as a Software Engineer
  • Experience with SaaS delivery platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of NLP, AI/ML
