Director of Product Marketing – SaaS, Cyber, Pre-IPO, Product & Lifecycle Marketing, Austin
Are you ready to lead and shape the future of product marketing in a fast-growing industry? We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Product Marketing to drive strategy, product launches, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement for our market-leading Cyber Security solution.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Development - Build, manage, and develop the product and lifecycle marketing team, addressing skill gaps and fostering independence across key functions.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership - Lead high-priority projects across product and lifecycle marketing, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard. Oversee budget planning and management for product marketing, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Product Launches - Drive Tier 1 product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful and repeatable launch processes
- Lifecycle Marketing - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer onboarding, adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell in partnership with account management teams.
- Product Strategy - Collaborate with the product team to align feature development and product direction with Total Addressable Market (TAM) and revenue opportunities.
- Customer Insights - Establish a system to gather and manage customer insights through interviews, use case analysis, and persona development, informing product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Experience required
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record in leadership roles
- Expertise in managing product marketing teams and projects, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Experience in market analysis, GTM strategy development, and competitive intelligence.
- Management experience overseeing senior product marketing managers and lifecycle marketers.
- Proficient in HubSpot and delivering on revenue-aligned OKRs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Experience selling fraud, compliance, identity software, or related products preferred
