As part of the Leadership team, the Director of Connected Experiences is the thought leader around three key practice areas, Verizon's Secure Intelligent Communications, Anywhere Workplace Solutions, and Digital CX Solutions. In this role, the Director leads a team of highly skilled managers and sales specialists to set the strategic direction for the practice areas along with managing the tactical day-to-day sales results. The Director will develop business solutions for customers while leading and managing all sales functions in the GE Americas segments they are aligned to with the goal of meeting and exceeding all business metrics/objectives, including revenue, sales, and SG&A. The key strategic priority for the Director is to maximize revenue growth through the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales, marketing, service programs, and new logo growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and proactive visionary in driving operational readiness and strategic business initiatives to exceed objectives. The candidate must have a proven successful track record with exceeding targets in our emerging technology space. The Director must be a strong leader, extremely well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-minded. They must be able to identify process improvements in reporting, analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics. They will develop, direct, and analyze programs and retention strategies for maximum customer satisfaction and sales growth. A successful Director will support the vision and direction of Verizon's Americas Sales Leaders.
