Summary The primary responsibility of the Production Director is to direct and develop the production employees and oversee outputs, while undertaking continuous improvement. Essential Functions Manage and motivate the production team Ensure the correct materials and supplies are available Manag e project budgets and timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed-upon time frames and budgets. Coordinat es with various teams (designers, project managers, contractors, etc.) to ensure all projects are executed seamlessly. Training and supervising production teams to ensure all work is done according to quality and safety standards and procedures. Communicating effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide updates on project progress. Conducting risk assessments and implement measures to minimize workplace accidents. Evaluating production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Required High School or equivalent 7+ years applicable job experience Preferred Bachelor's Degree Skills & Competencies Required Knowledge of principles, procedures and best practices in the industry Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes Strong communication skills, including written communication High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with demonstrated success creating and implementing plans in high-growth, dynamic environments Excellent managerial, supervisory, and/or leadership skills.
