Job Summary:Head of Project Management - (1) Manage corporate and client facing tactical engagements which have a planned/fixed start and end; (2) Manage overall strategic and tactical aspect of corporate and client facing engagements, in particular those in which nature of the engagement is on-going; (3) Coordinate and integrate global and local engagements; (4) Analyze, assess, transform and re-engineer its' operations, processes, tools, and practices in order to increase and improve the cost and satisfaction levels for both corporate and client facing activities.Relates to roles and activities that support an organization through its management of corporate and client facing tactical projects which have a planned/fixed start and end.
