Job Description:

Onsite role in Winter Park, FL

Full Time Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a Center of Excellence for project management, aligning with industry best practices and Hillpointe's strategic objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics to ensure project success and efficiency.
  • Lead the analysis, selection, and roll-out of PMO tools that enable integrated delivery models across the organization.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coach and mentor project management practitioners, sharing knowledge of best practices and process improvement methodologies.
  • Coordinate project deliverables with Project Managers, Analysts, Market Leads, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular, thorough executive summaries for senior leadership on project and team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  • Facilitate strategy deployment sessions and organizational alignment to ensure projects support company goals.
  • Lead quality assurance and post-mortem functions to address project delivery challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and their application in project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
