Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for the property management business focusing on growth, retention, and infrastructure enhancement.
  • Collaborate with multiple company divisions to ensure smooth, efficient operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Lead a team of 7-10 community managers and indirectly manage over 30 professionals and third-party contractors, focusing on property management and related services.
  • Contribute to the company's overall strategy as part of the Executive Team, focusing on recruitment, business development, system improvements, and brand strengthening.
  • Formulate business architecture and vision to drive growth, retain business, and maximize investment returns in the designated area of responsibility.
  • Implement operational strategies and manage day-to-day association management, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors, developing and maintaining effective processes and solutions for business needs.
  • Innovate financial practices for expense recovery and efficient resource use.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of diverse business experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focusing on strategic planning, operations, and business development.
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations, financial management, and the Real Estate/Property Management industry.
  • Strong visionary, communication, and analytical skills with proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and develop effective business strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in a distributed work environment, client management, and vendor relationship development.
