About The JobThe Director of Public Sector Sales at LaunchDarkly is accountable for spearheading the sales strategy for federal, state and local government organizations in North America, ensuring the attainment of revenue targets and profitability. Collaborating closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will contribute to refining our federal targets and extending the impact of our existing State and Local initiatives.In your role as a senior leader, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and coaching the expanding Public Sector team, guiding them through onboarding, enablement, and integration into the sales matrix. Your leadership will focus on cultivating Public Sector revenue, aligning with our FedRAMP expansion and certification goals.

PayTarget pay range for a Level M4 in the DMV region: $357,000 - $420,000. *On Target Earnings (OTE) includes base pay and commission*
