Director of Purchasing & Estimating - Residential Construction

Director of Purchasing & Estimating Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Purchasing Department.
• Prepare budgets, define product features, and evaluate options.
• Negotiate and secure contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage vendor and national contract rebates.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and the Construction team as needed.

Director of Purchasing & Estimating Qualifications:

• 5 years of Purchasing experience in Residential Construction.
• 3 years of management experience.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
