Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years experience in food manufacturing industry
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing quality and regulatory affairs
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of domestic and international food manufacturing regulations and standards, including AIB, FDA, USDA, and SQF
• Project management experience
• Strong ability to manage cross functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
