They maintain long-standing partnerships with local customers while expanding their reach by introducing new products to enhance versatility.Job Description
  • Improve cohesion amongst departments such as Quality, R&D, Production, and Sales by mapping out achievable common goals that improve efficiency and increase profitability
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills managing quality, R&D, and chemistry personnel
  • Set standard operating procedures to improve quality processes from incoming to outgoing inspection, with the addition of managing customer satisfaction
  • Create and hit KPI's that improve internal, supplier, and customer quality
  • Lead product innovation from new product concept through product development, production scale up, and product launch
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners, both internal and external, to understand industry trends, market opportunities and customer needs
  • Manage a cost-effective and efficient laboratory, with annual budget and capex planning

  • BS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technological field
  • Strong leadership experience in quality and R&D
  • Direct experience with chemical/batch manufacturing processes
  • Strong professionalism with customers and C suite leaders
