Job Description- Improve cohesion amongst departments such as Quality, R&D, Production, and Sales by mapping out achievable common goals that improve efficiency and increase profitability
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills managing quality, R&D, and chemistry personnel
- Set standard operating procedures to improve quality processes from incoming to outgoing inspection, with the addition of managing customer satisfaction
- Create and hit KPI's that improve internal, supplier, and customer quality
- Lead product innovation from new product concept through product development, production scale up, and product launch
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners, both internal and external, to understand industry trends, market opportunities and customer needs
- Manage a cost-effective and efficient laboratory, with annual budget and capex planning

The Successful Applicant- BS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technological field
- Strong leadership experience in quality and R&D
- Direct experience with chemical/batch manufacturing processes
- Strong professionalism with customers and C suite leaders
