DIRECTOR, QUALITY CONTROL AT PRIMEFLIGHT

The Director, Quality Control will be responsible for the organization and administration of all quality control functions for Garsite, including ensuring that the company's products meet all relevant quality standards and specifications, leading and overseeing the Quality Control group, managing the quality control program, including internal and external analytical testing of materials and products, and establishing and maintaining appropriate Quality Control processes, policies and standard operating procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management

* Train production and test bay staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices

* Participate in the development and updating of equipment test protocols

* Collaborate with procurement to ensure the quality of spare parts and equipment purchased

* Manage the documentation and record-keeping for all quality control activities

* Stay informed about industry standards and regulatory requirements for aircraft refueling equipment

* Work with external auditors and inspectors during compliance reviews and assessments

* Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with equipment and services delivered

* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services and operations

* Liaise with all locations to ensure a cohesive approach to quality and safety

* Coordinate with engineering, after sales and production teams to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly

* Oversee quality control processes for test bay and aftersales operations

* Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists

* Identify and address quality issues and discrepancies in equipment design and production

* Responsible for creating user guides, training materials, and creating SOP's

* May be assigned other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

* 18 years of age or older

* Eligible to work in the United States

* 2 year of quality control experience

* Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents

* Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of adaptive technologies or methods as necessary

* Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means

* Pass a background check and drug screen
