Job Description:
- Will be responsible for the quality engineering strategy in a 750,000 square foot manufacturing facility with an employee population of 1700 non union workers.
- Develop execute and maintain processes and systems to ensure that all products manufactured in this plant meet customer and corporate specifications
- Will be responsible for the design and implementation of a quality management system
- Will be responsible for continuous improvement projects and identifying validating and leading manufacturing process improvements that improve the product quality and improve process yields
