We have an opening for a Director-level position at Chick-fil-A. The work schedule for this full-time position will typically be 12 PM until close each day. You must be at least 18 years old. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must have reliable transportation, including a current driver's license. You must be available to work any time, including evenings and Saturdays (time off can be requested for special events). You must be ServSafe certified. You must possess an attention to detail that is above average. You must be able to inspire/motivate those you lead to do their best work consistently. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must have the ability to multi-task effectively. You must have the ability to work as part of a leadership team to meet common goals. You must be able to train/develop team members to meet the standards of Chick-fil-A.
