- Spearhead the creation of the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition department.
- Oversee talent acquisition operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with leaders to understand talent needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Partner with community resources to continuously network with new talent.
- Monitor industry recruitment strategies to ensure competitiveness.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, business intuition, operational savvy, data acumen, motivation, and energy.
- Broad market knowledge in talent planning, acquisition, and integration.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing premier talent recruitment systems in high-growth organizations.
- Expertise in recruitment marketing and attracting top talent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with applicant tracking systems and advanced HR/recruitment technologies.
- Experience with creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent.
- Healthcare experience preferred, especially in high-volume environments.
