Recruiter/Client Relations Director for Boutique Staffing Firm. (Midtown)
Staffing boutique with a focus on high-end support (personal assistants, executive assistants, family offices) seeks a dedicated recruiter for central office. Our clients include C-level executives, entrepreneurs, celebrities, philanthropists, and similar. The role is a combination of onsite and remote.
Responsibilities: Handling new client inquiries and outreach to prospective clients, posting job positions, reviewing and interviewing job candidates, writing summaries of same, establishing ongoing contact with clients and applicants, running background checks, telephone for office, scheduling zoom calls, creating digital profiles of candidates, maintaining the database, collaborating with others in office and attending regular project and marketing meetings.
Requirements: BA/BS from competitive US college or equivalent; 8 years experience in relevant fields (recruiting, writing/editorial); excellent writing; ability to learn computer programs quickly and to troubleshoot equipment; excellent interpersonal skills; familiarity with high net-worth clients; and the capacity to assume ownership for aspects of the business while also accepting direction.
$80K-$100K/year + performance-based bonus.
