Director of Recruitment, Law Firm supporting corporate functions

Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Location: Midtown NYC

Compensation: 225-240k plus bonus

As Recruitment Director, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from partnering with key business hiring stakeholders to sourcing, assessing candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers while managing a team of 3-5 direct reports.
