- Provide strategic regulatory direction for developing long-term and annual plans across domestic and international markets in various business segments.
- Lead project execution using recognized project management frameworks, such as PMBOK.
- Manage and prioritize project budgets, timelines, and processes for key product lines.
- Offer strategic insights and regulatory expertise to support business plan development across multiple industries and regions.
- Facilitate and lead strategic planning meetings with internal teams and external partners.
The Director should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy); advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within heavily regulated industries.
- Proven success in developing regulatory strategies and managing large-scale programs.
- Strong experience collaborating with regulatory agencies, such as the FDA, on compliance matters.
