Director of Rehabilitation Center Summary:

• Oversees the day-to-day functions of operational areas within the center.
• Responsible for overseeing compliance with all regulatory agencies, including Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Long-Term Care, State Office of Licensure and Certification, Federal Medicare and Medicaid standards and the Public Health Department.
• Reports to the President of Morton Plant North Bay Hospital and maintains liaison activities with appropriate department managers within the health system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires Florida Nursing Home Administrator Certification.
• Requires an understanding of and sympathy towards the geriatric patients.
• Management/leadership experience required.

Education:

• Required - Bachelors - Healthcare; Or - Bachelors - Related Field;
• Preferred - Masters - Related Field
