Responsibilities:
- Directing, organizing and evaluating rehabilitation programs services and personnel in his/her region, in a manner that supports the goals of our facility, while maintaining federal and state regulations the state specific practice acts for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
- Conducts the planning and budget formation for all equipment, supplies and staff related to the department to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Current license as Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist in NY is required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Three years' experience in a long-term care/geriatric care therapy management preferred.
- Valid Drivers License
- Demonstrates effective time management skills.
