Position Overview The position of Director of Reporting Data Management in the Analytics & Reporting Department is responsible for data management in supporting organizational analytics and reporting. This role will lead a team of data engineers and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely analytics and reporting. The team will be responsible for creating and maintaining ELT data processes for reporting data sources, supporting vendor solution implementation, and administering the Tableau reporting portal. This role will also be participating in organizational data governance activities.
The successful candidate must have strong project management skills, communication skills, analytical skills, programming skills in SQL Server, Python, R script or Java, as well as BI reporting skills. The candidate should also have knowledge of application development life cycle and healthcare data management experience.
