- Oversee and manage the deployment, maintenance, and performance of systems such as NCR Aloha POS, Hot Schedules, Opentable, and Olo.
- Lead and mentor an IT team, fostering continuous growth and a culture of high performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, ensuring top-notch support and service.
- Manage all stages of technology projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Ensure system security and compliance with industry regulations to protect data and operations.
- Provide advanced support for complex technical issues, minimizing disruptions to restaurant services.
- Create and implement training programs to help staff utilize technology systems effectively.
- Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the company's competitive edge in restaurant technology.
ARE YOU A RESTAURANT TECHNOLOGY EXPERT?
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in technology leadership within the restaurant industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in NCR Aloha POS, Hot Schedules, Opentable, and Olo; additional experience with Elo, FreedomPay, Paytronix, Data Central, and RingCentral is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing technology teams.
- Project Management: Strong background in managing large-scale technology projects from inception to completion.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
