Job description

The Director of Revenue Operations will drive operational excellence across sales, customer success, and professional services. This role will oversee regional pipeline management, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), while managing global sales and Lead-to-Cash (L2C) policies.

Additionally, the role will cover regional annual planning and manage a team of 2: a Customer Experience Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of Customer Success (CSM) and Professional Service and a Revenue Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Pipeline & Forecasting:- Own and manage the end-to-end regional pipeline processes, ensuring accuracy, predictability and visibility into sales forecasts.- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to develop and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with regional sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Regional QBR Lead:- Ensure consistent execution of QBRs, working closely with sales, demand generation leaders, and customer success teams, focusing on performance metrics, pipeline health, and strategic opportunities for growth, ensuring accountability for follow-up actions.
  • Annual Planning:- Partner with the Global Revenue Operations Senior Director to manage the annual planning on transversal stream.- Align regional goals with global objectives, ensuring a cohesive strategy for revenue growth and operational efficiency, managing budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Global Sales Policies:- Own the development and governance of global sales policies to ensure consistency and adherence across all regions.- Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Global Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Policies & Process Owner:- Serve as the global owner for Lead-to-Cash processes, driving alignment across sales, finance, legal, and operations.- Develop and optimize L2C processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience Operations Management:- Oversee and manage the Customer Experience Operations Manager, ensuring operational excellence in Customer Success (CSM) and Professional Services: optimize processes, drive customer satisfaction, and support revenue retention and growth initiatives.- Own and drive CXM planning workstreams.
  • Qualifications
    • +7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on global process ownership and regional execution.
    • Proven experience in managing pipeline, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
    • Proven experience in driving the L2C process & systems transformation in a scale-up environment.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), analytics tools, and process automation technologies.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
