Since 2014, we've provided flexible full-service marketing services and support for clients all over the globe. Our collaboration with marketing teams encourages CEO's, and VP's and Directors of Marketing to act more nimbly and stand toe-to-toe against their competition. Our approach is customized for each client based on the company's goals and systems. We're looking for a personable, organized, and savvy Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our growing team.

The Director of RevOps Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to lead our RevOps team. The RevOps team consists of a Marketing Operations team and a Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned player-coach with the ability to bill hours, manage a team, and provide strategic and tactical expertise in common B2B tech stacks to clients. This role requires strong client management skills, team leadership experience, and a background in working within an agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing operations and sales operations strategists and specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Ensure the team's professional growth and development through training and coaching.
  • Manage the P&L and budgets for the marketing and sales operations teams.
  • Monitor expenses and allocate resources effectively.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
  • Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work to resolve challenges and maintain a positive client experience.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
  • Propose additional services that align with client goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate contract renewals.

Strategic & Tactical Expertise:

  • Provide deep strategic and tactical knowledge of B2B tech stacks, including Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Apollo.io, Outreach, Tableau, Sigma, and Looker.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize clients' sales and marketing processes and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients

Project Management & Execution:

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Bill hours for direct client work, demonstrating a strong hands-on approach.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency setting is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B tech stacks, including Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Apollo.io, Outreach, Tableau, Sigma, and Looker.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Exceptional client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
