As the Director of Risk Management, you'll be the architect of their risk strategy, partnering with leadership to protect the organization's portfolio while innovating and future-proofing their approach to risk.
Key Areas of Impact:
- Enterprise Risk Strategy: Manage property and liability insurance, ensuring optimal coverage and cost. Proactively address emerging risks, from supply chain issues to global events.
- Captive Insurance Leadership: Lead the development of a Captive Insurance Program, providing tailored solutions for the organization's unique needs.
- Franchise Support: Serve as a trusted risk advisor to franchise owners, ensuring their operations are protected and compliant.
- Audits & Safety: Oversee enterprise audits across supply chain, vendor management, and safety, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Cybersecurity: Collaborate with IT to fortify cybersecurity protocols and protect critical assets.
- Hands-On Problem-Solving: Balance strategic leadership with rolling up your sleeves to resolve complex insurance challenges.
What They're Looking For:
