You need to be a proven leader with a track record of supervising teams, resolving customer issues, and providing nothing less than a five-star service experience to all of our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for giving great customer service and will also be committed to keeping the hotel profitable by overseeing costs and keeping quality standards high. Three or more years of experience in the hospitality industry is required, preferably in guest services or housekeeping.
