- Plan, develop and execute all aspects of community independent living occupancy development, including annual marketing planning, in collaboration with Senior Housing Marketing and Sales team members.
- Fully execute the sales, marketing, referral and advertising objectives and strategies as outlined in the annual marketing plan.
- Develops and manages the Promotional and Sales budget.
- Maintains effective communication with the Executive Director and other members of the leadership team.
- Fully execute the sales, marketing, referral and advertising objectives and strategies as outlined in the annual marketing plan.

- Have experience working in a CCRC-Life Plan sales role.
- Impressive sales leadership experience.
- Have a bachelors degree, two years sales experience or public relations experience
- Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
- Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
