Job Summary

Job Summary: Drive sales excellence and lead the charge in building meaningful relationships that grow revenue. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing the sales department, collaborating with other teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. You will play a critical role in strategizing sales initiatives and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or hospitality
• Proficient in CRM and sales management tools
• Strong understanding of sales and financial metrics
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related fields

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and client retention
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
