About the Opportunity:

The Director of Sales & Catering will be responsible for proactively pursuing the hotel sales goals and working with the GM and our Revenue Management team to maximize profitability while ensuring outstanding service for our guests.

Qualifications:

Sales experience in full-service, four-diamond luxury boutique hotels.

Exceptional communication skills.

Winning mindset to achieve goals.

Knowledge of Marriott systems, such as Lightspeed and CI/TY.

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years' experience in sales and marketing leadership roles preferred.
