Title: Director of Sales (Insurtech)
What You'll Do
- Responsible for winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Acts as the sales expert for the team and supports Senior Leadership on issues impacting success
- Creates networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson
- Builds relationships with key influencers and develops business insight into assigned accounts
- Guides and mentors Sales Directors, onboarding new team members
- Coaches on Pipeline Creation and Management
- Develops prospecting strategies, secures face-to-face meetings with business leaders
- Maintains sales pipeline, delivers customer presentations, and manages account activity in Salesforce.com
- Accurately forecasts new bookings, develops strategies for securing new accounts
- Performs other related duties as required
What You've Done
- Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in enterprise Sales, 7+ years in insurance industry/domain expertise and Large Account Management
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities
- Expert in managing large deal pursuit teams and complex buy side consensus teams
- Deep knowledge of Duck Creek offerings, high sales achievement, long term planning, team leadership
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to align software to stakeholder needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Other Requirements
- Travel: 80%
- Special Work Hours: May require overnight work schedule
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location
