Role Overview:
As Director of Sales at Amper, you will play a pivotal role in charting the course of our revenue growth. You will execute our revenue goals by coaching our sales team, refining the sales process, and closely monitoring indicators. This role will involve rolling up your sleeves and being part of customer calls, assisting in deals, and empowering our team to have streamlined processes. You will be part of the leadership team and closely collaborating with the CEO and other leaders.

Your path to Amper starts with a 30-minute introductory call, followed by a 1-2 hour discussion about your career and an overview of life at Amper. Next, you'll tackle a take-home assignment. The final step is a 2-3 hour interview to present the take-home assignment and mutually get to know key leaders at Amper. We also offer finalists calls with Amper investors and customers, so you can get a deeper sense of the business. This process ensures a good fit for both of us, paving the way for a successful partnership.
