Job DescriptionThe Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team and sales direction for a division/region. This person will also design action plans for the sales team, working closely with Sales Managers to offer support, insight, and plans to meet and exceed sales goals. This person will be responsible for all metrics, tactics, budgeting, and efficiencies of the team while also maintaining and creating customer relationships.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent and/or 10+ years of sales management experience- Experience with OEM, urban, and rural markets- Managing, building, and expanding multi-channel distribution- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of an organization- Ability to drive sales process from start to finish
