You'll manage a small team of two, with a primary focus on growing local group, social catering and corporate preferred.To be successful in the Director of Sales position, you:
  • have proven sales performance in selling fit, wholesale, and corporate leisure and group at full-service hotels, independent preferred.
  • are transparent, creative “do-er” who loves guiding, mentoring, and leading a team to success.
  • have local market knowledge and connections. Not 100% must, but it will sure come in handy!
