We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for the Director of Sales position at a full-service hotel in the beautiful community of Clear Lake, Iowa. This role will support the General Manager and oversee sales and marketing efforts, developing programs and strategies that improve market penetration and increase sales throughout the year. This role will also partner with Operations and lead a cohesive team environment to help drive profitability.The property is operated by an industry leading management company with over 75 properties in the Midwest.
