We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee an inside sales team and account executives focused on reseller channels for our client in the industrial equipment manufacturing sector, based in New Bedford, MA. This is a salary + performance based incentive position contingent on team performance. Base salary is between $65,000-85,000 depending on experience.What You'll Do:
- Manage and motivate a team of 4-5 inside sales representatives.
- Oversee account executives focused on selling to resellers and driving channel success.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize reseller relationships, ensuring long-term success and increased revenue.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide decisions, improve team performance, and achieve measurable results.
- Work closely with leadership to align sales strategies with product marketing initiatives across both internal and reseller channels.
- Utilize your expertise to identify what makes reseller channels and B2B operations successful, and apply that knowledge to scale effectively
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of success in reseller or channel sales.
- Industrial equipment manufacturing sector experience is highly preferred.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and drive strategic decisions.
