You will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and managing our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 3. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. 4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. 5. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. 6. Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management. 7. Coach and mentor sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform successfully. 8. Lead by example, participating in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation efforts. 9. Manage and attend industry events, promoting our services and networking with potential clients. 10. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director in the Tech Service industry. 2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. 4. Proven experience in prospecting and enterprise sales. 5. Experience in startup environments and understanding of go-to-market strategies. 6. Strong business sense and industry expertise in the tech services sector. 7. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. 8. Proven experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo and other relevant sales and CRM tools. 9. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus. 10. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 11. Ability to travel as needed for events and client meetings.
