Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales operations for the Private Label division of our company. As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share. Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners Identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales plans Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support Manage sales budgets and forecast sales projections Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar sales management role within the private label industry Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners Strong analytical and data-driven approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the private label industry Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation package Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA Retirement Savings Plan Match Remote Flexibility Annual Salary $150,000 - $175,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
