Job Description:

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will reside in Florida and have experience selling claims services to the property insurance industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with customers.

Duties

  • Conduct sales calls to new and existing clients and attend industry events
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with operations team to achieve company goals
  • Enterprise sales

    • Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or business development role
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Strong time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of property insurance claims or sales strategies is a plus but not required.

    Pay: $67,351.00 - $78,904.00 per year
