Key Responsibilities:
- Spend 50% of your time collaborating with clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and mentor IT staff, oversee performance, and manage recruitment to build a high-performing team.
- Work with sales, operations, and client services to prioritize projects and ensure timely execution.
- Guide infrastructure and software development, enforce best practices, and lead code reviews.
- Manage departmental budgets, procure infrastructure/software, and oversee day-to-day IT operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years leading software development teams and managing client-facing projects, preferably in a startup environment.
- Expertise in web development, data integrations, cloud infrastructure, and mobile apps.
- Proven experience managing teams, setting goals, and driving performance.
