Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) for Institutional Advancement, this role will work closely with the TUHS IA team, senior and other leadership, Faculty, clinicians and donors to lead and manage research activities, provide donor customer service and oversee strategy for increased philanthropic results. Develops and maintains a comprehensive donor Stewardship plan in consultation with the SVP and in partnership with staff who serve as project managers for key donor groups. Analyzes donor relations efforts as it relates to recognition and engagement of major gift prospects and donors and makes recommendations for enhancements or changes. Works with Senior Vice President and leadership team to develop outcome-assessment tools to evaluate all assigned donor stewardship tactics and engagement tactics for the health system. Supports social projects in collaboration with the SVP manages the Stewardship of donors, established giving societies, campaign donors, etc. Communicates with donors and prospective donors with the highest level of excellence and service.EducationBachelors Degree : in Business or related field.
