Salary: $97,926 - $146,889 (based on experience) + Bonus Incentive

Shift: Full-Time

We are seeking a Director of Surgical Services to lead a dynamic perioperative team at a well-established medical center in Loxahatchee, FL. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all surgical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency across a growing OR department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Surgical Services department, including OR, PACU, and SPD.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care while optimizing operational workflows and staffing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture with staff and physicians to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Lead departmental metrics, tracking performance, and implementing process improvements.
• Develop and mentor staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure professional growth.
• Maintain compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and build a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Surgical Services or equivalent role.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Florida.
• CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OR operations, metrics, and Kronos.
