MCR is seeking a Director Technology Service Delivery for its Technology and Digital Department . The Director will build a team to manage, coordinate and deliver technology projects across MCR.
Our portfolio includes the TWA Hotel at New York Citys JFK Airport, The High Line Hotel in Manhattan, the Killington Mountain Lodge in Vermont, the Inn of Naples in Florida, the Royalton New York, The Chambers Hotel in Minneapolis and Ink 48 Hotel in New York as well as over 120 Select Service hotels across the US. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Digital Operations.
As the Director of Technology Service Delivery, they will work as a new arm of MCRs Technology group to lead project management and execution of tech projects across the organization. This person must be able to organize and optimize workflows and resources across multiple projects at one time to deliver higher quality and faster product.
The role is based in MCRs One World Trade Center office with work on property as needed. Infrequent out of state travel may be required.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
* Management of tech roadmap and project/resource scheduling
* Building out communication framework for technology group to relevant and company wide stakeholders
* Lead projects across functional teams of MCR employees and third part vendors
Role Requirements:
* Agile methodology and experience with scrum teams
* Extremely organized and detail oriented
* Ability to manage their own and other schedules
* Ability to deliver projects in time and in line with expectations
* Ability to document process and create SOPs
* Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting resources and deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work with many teams and communicate in a fast paced environment
